Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact omnihubby1@gmail.com before sending anything back. Approved returns will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with photos of the item and your order number.
